It has been about a month since Provost Stephen Director announced that he would be leaving Drexel to head to our co-op brethren of the north, Northeastern University. The last time Drexel had to search for a new provost, it took a committee of administrators, faculty and students 18 months to find and decide on Director.

Marriage is not just a religious symbol or social status or even a spiritual status. It is an identity. It is an identity that has been present ever since time began. It is the only identity that is acknowledged by any religion, race, society or nation.
